Jerad Mendal / Executive Engineer

I met Jerad about 4 years ago when I lived in Nashville. He was there at the time with his band doing a concert at my church. The band was on thier way....they were amazing. They had just won the GMA award at Estes Park where Kevin Max from DC Talk gave them a 100% rating, even beating out Barlow Girl. But as with most bands....it is hard to stay together. One of the guys got married, another had to move and so on. But I stayed in contact with Jerad. He had started a company to develop independent artist and I am now on the roster. Not to mention he is an amazing producer, musician - I am very excited to have him on my team.

Blogs…..what a genius idea. Thanks to the 3 guys in San Fransisco taking off with the idea to organize information from the personal perspective on the world wide web. I just imagine that they had people like me in mind. Someone with a compulsion to share ideas with other people. A story, a new song.....a life changing epiphany I had while doing an everyday activity. And my main focus for this blog is to log the project developments.

Problem is .......I am just not a very eloquent storyteller or communicator when it comes to recalling information in the moment of opportunity....in pinpointing - I have concluded that the issue is in the deliverence. It could possibly be for the mere the fact that my brain thinks faster than my mouth. I will start a story and as I am telling that story tell 2 others and never finish the one I started. Sometimes I think it is my passionate nature, my very active right brain mentality or...could be just some sort of A.D.D. issue...not sure. What I am sure about is that sometimes people get frustrated with me and say..."Kathlyn, just finish what you were saying” And therefore I feel totally ineffective. ( those who know me are laughing I am sure) So due to this recurring flaw and my obsession with organizing things......I am most thankful to have found this avenue to converse my passions in an organized manner…….. : ) And can refer people to if I somehow tangle up the information I desire to share.
